All of our final dishes are prepared to your order only with all food being cooked daily, checked, and quality certified by our Executive Chef.
We DO NOT cook any dishes in advance, to keep them warm in ovens or storage units for reheating. All of our chefs are of the highest order and are hand-picked.
They are trained by us to deliver to our recognised standards and quality, and they are regularly reviewed to ensure that they continue to maintain those standards.
